Big O Tires

Much prefer Big O over the dealer. Nice people. I have a 2014 car. Have only taken it to the dealer for a recall.

Called to make appointment and was told to come on in, Rachel was very helpful and informative not pushy at all for additional services I didn’t need

Stephanie is always so nice & helpful. I purchased my tire less than a year ago, they removed the big nail that was in it, plugged it up & I was back on the road in less than an hour & they didn't charge me. It was FREE!

They saved me money and fixed a tire that another service, told me was unfixable. They are fast and friendly. Big O tires made did such a good job that they made the other place look bad.

I will not trust my vehicle with anyone else. I've never had a bad experience at this location and everyone always seems to have my best interest at heart. I wasn't aware that I was in need of new tires when I went in for my oil change but thanks to the staff at big o me and my kids will be safe this winter.

I had a screw in the tire and was covered for the repair. It was quick and a technician made sure my indicator alert was taken care of also.

I wouldn't go anyplace else.

The service is great. However I had Michelin AT2 on my truck. When I replaced sales person talked me into big o big foot ats. Said they were better. I disagree. These are not as good on mud. Will not buy my next set here

I went to Big O to see about some tires. I met Rachael, the counter person who gave me a tour of the type of tires I was looking for and in the process found a discount on the brand I chose. She told me about the tires I selected and explained that they were mud and snow rated. I usually try to buy tires in the fall, but I liked the appearance of these tires for my truck so well, I just went ahead and made the purchase. The folks at the Big O Valley Station, Ky. have become like family. They even offered to share a lunch they were cooking in the crock pot! Great Folks! Thanks Doug, George, Adam, and the rest of the crew! Very professional!

I stopped in with a flat tire. They were very courteous and repaired the tire right away.

I came in with a nail in one of my tires. It was busy, but I was out in an hour.
