Always feel welcome coming to the Valley Station Big O. They do a great job. Brought my 2024 Kia Carnival in for an oil change and they went out of their way to get a filter for me since it was so new and didn’t have one in stock. Very happy and pleased.

had my wheels aligned for what i came for and they helped with my issue of my rotors scraping "something" turns out it was the back plate and they fixed it for free and even let me know that my right axle seal needs replacing as transmission oil is leaking! and i only had to pay for my allignment great staff and very friendly

I stopped in to have my tires rotated! My vehicle was pulled in very soon and I was on my way! I appreciate your service! Will definitely be back!

A brace of very nice young ladies greeted me and took care of business. We has a small delay with having the wrong tires mounted but I'm a patient person and have worked the business so I know what can happen in the heat of the moment. I'd like to thank those two ladies for their courteousness. I t is always appreciated.
