No appointment was required, even though a call was made to do so; friendly rep suggested best time to avoid crowds(giving me flexibility). Pleasant atmosphere in shop while work was done on car. Other customers and reps all interacting in a positive manner. Laborers in garage were also friendly and exuded confidence in their work. Thanks Nathan, Rachel, Anthony and Jeffery. My experience with Big O Tires this day was excellent from the time I made the phone call, including first entering the store, going over the service being requested, the invoicing, and the follow-up. Work was done timely and vehicle returned neat & clean.

I been with Big O for years. They have always follow through on their warranties. My brake light came on so I stopped at Big O immediately. They was not busy. My brakes were in good condition. The problem was just a sensor & not the breaks. They could had took advantage of me.

I just want to thank Doug and Ruby for the help with the problem I had. You find out who you are dealing with when you have a problem. They make it right. Thanks
