Big O Tires

As always I received great service and everyone was friendly and helpful! :)

I was a walk-in and they got my car in immediately for the oil change. they rotated my tires free. Ithought they were courteous and friendly. They even had free wifi while i waited. The store is small but had plenty of seating, and the time was average to completion. I didnt notice anything dirty, and the staff was dressed accordingly. Also the location distance is minutes from my home, so cery convinient.

We were treated very well by the staff and were given several product options to choose from along with other services.

Rachel is the best! Every time I come in there all the employees are kind. They take my keys, offer me coffee and a seat and they get to work on my vehicle. I’ve been going to this Big O for 50 years. Doug the owner is awesome as well as anyone I’ve ever dealt with there.
