Ruby is great and I like dealing with her. I will do all my business there if possible. Wish Big O would buy the business next door to the right of them and would make it look better and have more parking. If It was me I would make it where all the oil changes are done. Just an idea, think about it.

I’ve purchased tires at this location for several years. Doug, Rachel and their crew are good people and always provide great service. The store is always clean and there’s always a fresh pot of coffee. If you’re in need of tires check them out. They’ve got tires to fit any budget!

Staff was friendly, caring and explained everything. My tire was not repairable and they ordered my new tire, gave me a loaner until it came in. This was done for my safety! Very impressed with service all around

I had gone to a few other tire stores and they couldn't get to my issue right away. It would have been the next day before they could address the issue. When I went to Big O Tires and explained my problem the girl behind the counter immediately went outside and felt the tires and found the problem and was able to get me in within the hour. I was ecstatic because I had places to go later and would not have been able to drive too far with my tires they way they were.

I've been dealing with this Big O for at least 15 years without 1 complaint. The store is staffed with honest competent personnel. I see no reason to buy tires, have my vehicles serviced or mechanical problems performed anywhere else.
