Big O Tires

The only way that I can comment is to be blunt. I love the way the Valley Station branch of BigO is one place I trust completely. I have my grown children drive from out of county to use their (Valley Station) service's. I've doing business with them for decade's and will continue to do so.

I went to my normal oil change place today and had a terrible experience, I left and went to big o tires in valley Station and I just want to say not only did it actually end up being cheaper than what I pay at my old place but the customer service was excellent. I work hard for my money and I'm not spending a dime where I get treated like and idiot. Treat customers how you would want to be treated. I highly recommend Big o tires to anyone for oil changes or new tires. This is the second time I've gone there in a hurry and they have taken great care of me. I will for now on go there and recommend them to anyone. The lady Stephanie was super sweet and easy to work with. She told me what I needed but also didn't make me feel like I was being forced for the other things as well!

It started with the reminder from big O that my tire rotation was due. At that time I was able to schedule an appointment online which made it very simple. Once I was at your store for the rotation, it was in and out in about 15 minutes. On a Monday morning the week of Thanksgiving. I felt as though, the technicians that were there were friendly and courteous. I do all my service work that is possible Big O. Thank you and we’ll see those people there very soon.
