I was at Big-O-Tire on Saturday 3/30/2019. Stephanie greeted me immediately to ask if she can help. She was great! She explained all of my options for tires (prices and warranty information) very clearly and did not try to pressure me. Ruby was also very helpful as there was an issue resetting the tire pressure message I was receiving after the tires were installed. Both Ruby and Stephanie were very professional and went out of their way to help me. It was greatly appreciated! My family have been coming to this Big- O-Tire location for over 40 years now. I had not been for about ten years as I purchased a vehicle with a warranty from dealership. I am very glad to be having my car once again serviced at your location. As always Doug, you have wonderful people who are employed at your store!

They took great care of me, they’re all so nice and friendly. Work was done timely, price was great. This is the best Big O I’ve ever been to. I will definitely return for any work I need done.

Mostly because of the friendliness of the staff, they showed concern, professionalism, it was a pleasure to deal with them, they didn’t use sales pressure for something I didn’t want or need.
