This store went out of it's way to help me take care of my problem.

I was having a problem with my heat shift cable. I first took my car to a different shop that specializes in transmissions repairs. They quoted $ 1,300.00 to replace the cable. Big O repaired only what was needed for only $ 278.00. I really appreciated their honesty and was highly satisfied with their work. Shout out to Valley Station Big O tires.

Everyone was very friendly. I had to change my original appointment due to some personal issues, but they were able to reschedule for me. I came in for a brake inspection and tire rotation, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
