Love trusting my cars to ur shop!

Needed tires that no one keeps in stock, you guys were able to have them the day after I called. Seems like good tires and got excellent service.

I've been buying my tires at this store for probably 30+ years. Staff has changed over the years but service expertise and smiles haven't.

Had a tire that consistently lost air, was told by my son that it was probably damaged, like he knows more than his Dad! LOL He advised me to get a new tire and to also have the one opposite it replaced at the same time. This was the same advice given to me by the service technician, so he wasn't wrong! So that is what I did. It will be a relief not to have to continue to air this tire up. It was on my wife's car. I trust this Big O dealership. One time I was told by the dealership where I bought my car that it needed new brake pads. Took it to Big O and was told that my pads had 20,000 more miles left in them, never did get new pads, sold the car a year later.

It was a good experience. I was very satisfied.

Dropped my rims off to have new tires put on came back an hour later they were finished , Thanks for the service

it was easy, no frustration. I had taken my car to another tire place as well as the dealership only to be told my brakes were "fine" despite the obnoxious, obvious squealing. When I pulled into the lot Jordan explained to me why it was squealing and what would be done to fix it... Price was as discussed, picked vehicle up. Extremely satisfied.

They always are so wonderful. Always friendly and ready to satisfie. Stephanie took me home,left car for next day repair. Also drove my car to me the next day knowing that my husband is medically unable to drive. I love my Valley Station Big O!

I was very satisfied, easy to scedule an appointment. Employees were very nice and explained everything, abd all was a decent price. Got in and got out fairly quickly without any issues.
