We have used this Big O for years and have always had the best service. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We will always take our vehicles to this Big O.

friendly staff excellent service

I was a walk in after a lagbolt lodged in the tread. Was able to purchase a pair of tires upgrading what was removed. 2 hours tops from star to finish.

I was waited on promptly, explained I needed new tires, front end alignment , and brakes checked. I was asked questions about what type tires I wanted and given cost. I was notified that I needed some additional work done, and cost. My truck was finished much sooner than expected!

Great service at this store, had a very bad experience at the outerloop store on last visit. I wrote to corporate and never heard anything back about it, so I switched stress, good thing I did.

The fact that it was less than a mile from the house and they weren't busy. Although the price of the oil change was a little high compared to other places and that wasn't explained when I set up my appointment I was supposed to get a $40 oil change and it ended up being 71 something to change but it's okay The vehicle needed the oil and it's done now so thank you. Just think the oil change prices need to be a little more competitive
