Big O Tires

The employees are very friendly and know the business. Was helped by Ruby and Stephanie. Bought four new tires for the wife's suv. This makes 10 tires total i have bought from big o in the last 4 months. (6 were for my Chevy dually). Always very pleased.

I was impressed with the way attendant took pictures of the various defects with the tires .

I needed 4 used tires for a project vehicle called big o they search for them but didn't have my size. Doug called back a few minutes later and had a set that would fit my vehicle and gave me a great deal. Plus all the great staff. Doug,Rachel,Stephanie,George, and Jeff.

Stephanie did a fantastic job! She made me feel at ease with the purchase of tires. The cat even came by to say hello! I was in and out under an hour. My family has been going to BigO for years. I live out of state now, but will be having my tire needs be dealt with Stephanie and the staff at BigO on Dixie!

Rachel took the time to help me understand that I needed an alignment with compassion and care. The genuine passion that she has for her store and the hospitality to her service was over all welcoming. If only every store experienced this service. I’m so grateful that I feel not only comfortable but safe having this store work on my vehicle. Not only was it a good job but a great one. I’ll be back!

All employees are so nice, make you feel like family. Rachel and Jeff were very extremely nice.

I called the store about 1330 and Ruby gave me an appointment for 1600 to have tires put on my 2013 Kia Rio. When I arrived at the store they got my car in and out in about 45 minutes. The last set of tires I had put on a car the tech would take one off the car and then take a 10 minute break. Take the next one off and a 10 minute break. It ended up being about 3 hours before my car was done. I will be back to Big-O for more when needed.

They always take care of me and my needs and brought family in too...alwata feel welcome and not just a number.
