came in with tire light on, they put my truck on the rack check tires for nails had no nails . tires were low on air .turn off tire light.return truck to me no charge.

Big O did an absolute AMAZING JOB! They was very quick and detailed with my vehicle. The store was clean and tidy. They had Water and Coffee. For me, it’s a huge deal. My appointment was at 4:00 I came from Indiana after work to get my oil change. Coffee was fresh and the vehicle was done quick. Couldn’t have asked for a better time or service. I’ll be back!

I came in with a flat tire after hitting something in the road. Rubie waited on me and was able to provide me a used tire to get me back on the road in an hour. I have a road hazard warranty plan and Rubie dealt with the warranty company, ordered me a new tire, installed and balanced the tire the very next next day.
