As always the Valley Station Big O store did a great job . l highly recommend them if you care about your vehicle.

Had appt. When arrived didn't have to wait long for them to service my car. Was giving information about what the work porfromed and was giving recommendations, was completely satisfied

I would recommend this location to anyone that needs a repair. The ladies up front are very friendly and helpful in getting my car repaired. While I only saw one of the mechanics come in, I feel if the customer service people are great, then the mechanics would be friendly also. Everyone is professional and friendly, they were quick in repairing my vehicle. Thanks again and see you soon.

I know that I'm probably unique in the fact that I would like options on a set of tires, but instead I got what you only had 4 tires in my size. They were absolutely cheaper than what I had bought there the last time. Last time was the same thing you only had one set of 4 tires. I needed them bad so I went ahead and got them. Well I can say this set I am extremely happy with These set of 4 tires and even happier on the price. Your service was great the alignment is spot on. The service was awesome as usual for the past 20 years. Keep up the awesomeness. Your Long time customer.
