I have always and will continue to use Big O Valley Station as my auto shop. I have always been treated great and I feel comfortable talking to each and every one of their employees There.

Rachel, the young lady that waited on me, was very helpful in answering my questions while I was there, waiting on my car to be fixed I notice she was smiling as she helped other customers. I appreciate the fact that when I go into a place of business, the people behind the counter, don’t mind being there to help.

I'm very picky about my car and I stopped going to the dealer ship after I came here for a oil change everyone here is amazing I will only let them work on my car from here on out Stephanie Rubie and Samantha are all amazing with their customer service almost like walking in and seeing family the guys in the shop are always extra careful with my car and take their time

Everything and everyone were excellent. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was very easy to make an appointment and they were very affection. I dropped my car off at 8:00 and they called my at 8:37 to let me know that car was ready.

I have been a customer for several years and will continue to take my vehicles there. The staff is always friendly, it's easy to make appointments, and wait time is minimal. The location is less than 10 minutes from home, which is a plus. I met the owner on this visit and he was very pleasant. Keep the coupons coming. I hit a pot hole and needed 2 tires and had what I needed and reasonable price and able to get taken care of right away.

I came in to get a oil change and fix a tire. While doing the oil change they offered a free tire rotation witch was great. While doing the tire rotation I was talking to the techs about a popping sound I was having with my front end and that 4 other tire shops couldn't find the problem. Well ur guys found the problem and with a nut missing off a bolt they put a nut on my bolt and now I have no more poping sound. Ur techs are great and very friendly and very knowledgeable with what they where doing. Thanks guys!
