Big O Tires

Every time I go into this location, Rubie and Stephanie are absolutely wonderful, I will never go to another tire store as long as they are there, top notch customer service and am always satisfied with the work performed... I might add, the only reason I gave a rating of a 4 to the store cleanliness, is because I am the Director of Environmental Services for the State, so I'm picky :)

I dropped my car off for an oil change 30 minutes early and within an hour if was done. Love the efficient service

We have used this Big O for years and they have always been honest and trustworthy

They honored the labor warranty by replacing a wheel stud and lugnut that was cross threaded during my previous visit. They also read my check engine fault code for free. Everything was performed in under 2 hours.

Easy to setup an appointment and the staff are friendly. Didn’t take much longer after I showed up for the employee’s to start on my vehicle. The only thing I wish they would’ve communicated to me was the price of my wheel alignment before doing the work on my car.

My father recommended I come here for tire services ages ago. I never came here because I assumed I could get better prices elsewhere. I went to Wal-Mart for a new set of tires 3 hours before they closed. I waited in line for a half an hour for them to tell me they weren't going to be able to perform the services that day. I was upset that I hadn't called prior to arriving, and that I just made the assumption I would have time to get it done. I looked up Big O Tires on my phone and realized they closed an hour sooner than Wal-Mart. With that being said I made the assumption they wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle today and gave them a call. I thought scheduling something ahead of time would be the best option. When Rachel answered the phone, it was like an answered prayer. I asked if they had tires for my car, to which she automatically replied "Yea! What kind of engine does it have?" She was very knowledgeable. She knew leaps and bounds above anything I had ever come to learn about my car. She looked up prices and discussed options with me over the phone, she wasn't pushy, and she didn't make me feel like I had to rush. Essentially, I was sold. I asked when I could get the tires and she replied, "As early as tonight." And it blew my mind! I was in and out in an hour and a half. I had my husband drive his car up after mine. I got a full set of tires and discs for my Toyota Camry, and one new tire for our Impala and it cost under $500. Free rotation, break check-- everything. People work for people. And this location has REAL AWESOME PEOPLE! They even have a cat named Stewart who I pet for almost the entire duration of my stay. I will never go anywhere else for tire services ever again. They even have batteries and perform oil changes. I didn't know Tire places did all that.

Your staff is great, they look after every need that could possibly make my vehicle unsafe and bring it to my attention. The girls in the office are all very knowledgeable and do a great job. I will always come to the Valley Station Big O store for my service work and Tires.
