They are always helpful when ever I have a problem.

I am always pleased with Big O's service at your location. It is my go-to for all my auto needs. Tips for growth: There seems to currently be a lot of cross-computer use and research/typing on your current in-store system. If you find a way to get to a more point-and-click inventory system and streamline the office infrastructure, I think your services will be even better. Also, recent staff changes there may be a factor so it may even out, but something to think about. Thank you, as always, for keeping both my vehicles on the road and in top shape!

I have never ever had bad service in all the years I have been taking my vehicles here. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and great to work with. This is one of my go-to businesses for vehicle service issues and probably one of the best places in Louisville, KY period for tires and vehicle services. Love this place.

The gentleman that helped me was very sensitive to my issue. I had a large bolt in my back passenger tire. I know I needed 2 tires on the back, and I knew they were really bad. However, this year I have been dealing with the issues of divorce to someone I have been married to for years. I have been dealing with health issues and to top it off, I am disabled and on an extremely low budget. I was trying to hold off just until after Christmas to work on getting new ones. The associate could understand my predictament without me saying much and was able to relate the dangerous situation of my tires without making me feel embarrassed or without me needing to go into much detail of my situation and handled the manner sensitively, regardless of rather or not he really could see that I was in a situation. He found me 2 good tires that will hold me over for a great and fair price. The lady that was there with him was awesome! She was handling customers both in building and on the phone. She was taking orders, keeping customers informed of their vehicles progress again both in store and on the phone. I am glad I have always gon to a business that proved their trust for well over 20 years.

People are very nice and I enjoy coming to this Big O. Service is quick.

Always friendly and very informative

The only issue I have is that I made an appointment for 10am on Saturday and sat there until 12noon for my car to be worked on. There was a gentleman that came in after me and his truck was worked on before my car. Ruby did explain that they can't really accept appointments on Saturdays and ga e me a coupon.

I had went to 2 other tire stores that day and no one wanted to sell me tires. Ken towerys told me I had to buy a matched set of 4 which was untrue. Then I went to tire discounters and stood at the counter in front of reps and was never even asked if I needed help or greeted for at least 10 minuets so I left there. You guys are a little farther from my house but I decided to stop in, was greeted right away, the woman was very knowledgeable and had the same style of tire I needed only 2 of. Service was quick and very satisfying enough so I came back a week later and had a nail in one of the older tires and had it repaired from the inside. I will let anyone that asks me about tires know to come to your business any day from here on out and I will be back. Thanks, Joseph Vowels. P.S. Lol any way I can transfer the warranty on my truck tires from Ken towerys???
