Quality and speed

As a returning customer, some formalities may have been skipped... but nothing to worry about. I went to have done what my son and hubby suggested... only to learn that was not the problem. Stephanie and Rick were superb. The work was done quickly and I have my car back (after about a month of not being able to use it) I'm a happy person AND HAPPY CUSTOMER. Thanks

came in to have ball joints replaced. i waited for the service and they got me out really fast. this big o is amazing. everybody there is so friendly and go out of their way to help you. rachael goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with them. shes very knowledgable .

I had a flat tire repaired the service was excellent. How ever the cost is a bit outrageous, $29.75?? I know there are costs involved. The patch is maybe $8, labor maybe 15 minutes, it would be nice if it was more affordable. Put another $25 and I could have purchased a brand new tire with road hazard.

I always go to the same location and I feel like they treat me like family almost. They always keep me informed on what’s going on with my car and give me quotes on how much it is. That’s something I appreciate a lot!
