The customer rep was very skillful and knowledgeable of the products and the time it takes to finish the work. Racheal and Stephanie were very professional and understanding.

Alway honest,I went in an thought I needed a radiator an they check it out and said it was fine and when I make appointment they honor it and get me right in.

In this day and age, customer service can bit hit or miss. But not at this Big O location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although no one wants to pay for car repairs, their friendliness and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. I'll certainly recommend -- and come back to -- this location to others!
