I was a little early. They went ahead and took my car right away. My service was finished in the time they said it would be. Every one was polite. Good visit.

I have been going to this store for over 30 years (has moved from original location). One of the main reason is the manger I have dealt with over the years. She has always gave me good advise on what I needed and if something was not right she made it right. The success of the excellence of the store is a tribute to her dedication.

I had hit and object and pierced my tire, they couldn't repair it, and I couldn't afford a new one and I was praying and hoping that they had a used one and by the grace of God they did I was so happy, they made my day.

I was a little upset that this B O tire does not carry Nitrogen. And then I was given an explanation that Nitriogen is no good after 30-60 day. I have worked with Nitrogen most of my adult life and this is Incorrect. I tried to explain to the Lady that the Molecules of Nitrogen are so much larger Than straight AIR, This is why you need to put air in your tires every so often because Air can seep out rubber tires where Nitrogen Cannot

Professional, honest and locale service.

I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour to repair my tire but took 3.75 hours, the owner decided to schedule an appointment causing everyone there to wait 3 plus hours for their service when we were told around an hour wait. Very disappointed in how this was handled will be going somewhere else for service and tires now.

Workers were very friendly, knowledgeable and attended to my needs promptly.

EVERYTHING WENT WELL WITH GETTING THE TIRES RUBY WAS VERY HELPFUL.IF I HAD ONE THING A LITTLE NEGATIVE AND ITS SMALL THE GUYS COULD HAVE WIPED THE GREASE AND FINGER PRINTS OFF OF WHEELS WHEN THEY FINISHED.THANKS I'VE BOUGHT FROM YOU ALL A LOT OF YEARS

Price of the tires and customer service.

Big o has always done good. But this last time the new man in office rubbed me wrong. I came in with a cuepin for oil change and to balance my tires for free. After he talked to me and they took my car in he asked another associate if he could really give me what I wanted for the price. She said no. But instead of asking me before they started working on my car he waited until I checked out to tell me I had to pay 70 dollars instead of what the cue pin said. I understand he couldn't do the price but next time I'd appreciate it if they said something before the work was done to my car.
