I'm really upset I went in there to get my car checked as far as leaking I drive a Jeep Cherokee they came back and told me that it needed us about them so I said okay fix it the Tire Guy and work at it and I watched him through the window then he came into the lounge and says that I had to have a new valve stem bapteme from the lady at the desk and when she told me that Falcon cost me 80 something dollars about crap but she said because it was censored and happy program in so I went ahead and said okay when they got done she went out to clear the codes and she work since you worked into work finally came in told me that I'm possible and don't know if the light is going to go off when I brought it the tar light was that's flashing and was not staying on now since days I spent $91 and some odd sense my tire light is staying on the problem is not fixed she said I had another stencils that it had the right battery at I can't believe that that's the problem I don't think she knows how to clear they call code proper I did come in and check all the air in your tires they were all low even the one who broke down the stick on the side door says they hold 33 lb you should I allowed 2 to 3 pounds over should be in about 35 pounds of pressure nose tire there was only 30 I have dealt with y'all for many many many many many years I know Doug but now I live in Bardstown Kentucky and I drive back out to Louisville because I live in Louisville for Mini year and I've always thought it was Big O very upset I'll spend the $91 in the problem not solved I really don't know if I'm going to drive way back out to Bardstown Kentucky

The fella at the desk addressed me as soon as I walked into the door! He was friendly, honest about the wait time and just an all round nice guy!

I just wish the customer reps would have kept me informed on what happened... wrong part was delivered so it took longer to fix. Updates would have helped. I think everyone would appreciate that.

They worked with me. Not just this last visit but also in & on my passed visits.

I bought a warranty set of 4 tires and every time I have a problem with said tires I take my vehicle up to Big O and I am only provided with the services I request . The employees do not go above an beyond they're job and provide initial services such as balancing or simple airing up the tire they replaced on the warranty . This has been several times since Dec of 2019. I've never been 100% satisfied with Big O .. truth be told. I only go there because it's 5 minutes exactly from my house.

It was ok could of been better I had to bring my flat tire back three times before you all got it fixed you all usually do a good job notice you had new works maybe the problem?
