Big O Tires

This was my second visit here. On my first visit, I asked for a tire rotation, alignment, and oil change. I was told that I did not need to rotate my tires or get an alignment as everything looked good on my vehicle. THEN, on my second visit I was told that I now needed THREE new tires because they had worn so bad because "�my vehicle was out of alignment and lack of rotating my tires'. Had I received the service I asked for the first time, I wouldn't have the burden of purchasing all new tires this soon. I'm not happy at all with this. However, the people themselves are always so friendly and welcoming. I'm just beyond frustrated with the situation I was put into.

Very very very slow service. I got there at 757 and didn't leave until after 10. I was the second person through the door. No one updated me on service, told me what was wrong. I had to ask.

Been dealing there for nearly 60 years and always satisfied.

Stephanie was great. This is the third set of tires she has sold me for the same vehicle. My problem was with Rick the technician, I had several parts installed at a different shop that does all my regular maintenance. When i returned he was gone home for the day, and had listed that he could only set toe in and not camber because he thought my frame was bent,springs were sagging, and needed struts. This is a 2500 suburban, it doesn't have struts. the springs are not sagging and the frame is not bent, i took it to a body shop and they checked it on a frame machine. I was unhappy after having all things checked ok, after being charged for a front end alignment I think Rick didn't put in much effort because after he set up my truck he commented on all the new parts and I feel like he couldn't up-sale any additional sales so he only put in minimal effort. Having said all of this I think Doug Powers, and Stephanie are good people to deal with, I do not have any confidence in the alignment tech.

Have had some of the same problems that car was in for since getting it back..feel like I am paying for things I did not end up needing...only good thing about experiencing was getting new tires...

They were friendly and very professional. Answered all my questions and provided helpful suggestions making the service to my truck 100% perfect.

I had a major issue with the service on my Smart car. During the tire rotation (I bought my tires from Big O) they put the rear tires on the front of the car. The tires are two different sizes. I had to return the car immediately to have the issue corrected which was inconvenient. I do like Big O but there have been a few issues that make me question that the correct services have been done.

Need to work on people skills and not talk to the employee like thay are. A piece of shit when thay ask a question

Went in to get a patch put on my lawn mower tube an by the time they got done with the tube patching a little bitty hole I had to buy a new tube because they drove the valve stim and it was leaking. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

I called and tried to make an appointment but was told to just come in. I did and had to wait over an hour to have my tire looked at

Not a happy camper i was told a price i got home there was a extra 100 dollars on my bill I wasn't told i was given a price it wasn't ehat i was told

I've probably bought 7 or 8 sets of tires through this location over the years. Always helpful, reliable and good value, but most important I felt like they were honest and upfront. Never felt like a hard sell or that anyone was willing to sacrifice a customer or reputation for one quick sale. Not many places I can say that about these days.

Everyone friendly and Competent. Although no appointment was made I was in an out in a timely manner.
