Sales person only looked by to sale tires not provide valuable maintenance advice. Place has changed for the bad. Refused to rotate my tires even after I insisted only wanted to sell me two tires when my tires only show moderate wear.

Myself and my family have been coming to this Big-O-Tire location for over 40 years. From the early years when dealing with Doug directly through today, I have always had a good experience with this Big-O-Tire location. I have ALWAYS been told of my options when purchasing tires or other products and have never felt pressured at any time. My most recent visit for a front-end alignment and tire rotation and balance was another good experience. Stephanie set up the appointment for me days earlier at a time which worked out perfectly for me. Although she was not there on my most recent visit, I have worked with her previously and she is great! On my most recent visit, Rachel was there answering the phone and taking care of business like a pro! I told her that she had excellent customer service skills! I would DEFINITELY refer anybody to this Big-O-Tire location.

I brought my car in last week on Saturday. They called me on Wednesday the 26th and said that it was gone, a crank case sensor. I came and picked it up. Drove to Kroger in Valley Station, just a few miles down the road, and it was still driving rough. I took it back. They checked it over the next day and couldn't find anything wrong with it. I picked the keys up late Thursday and picked the car up Friday after work. Still driving rough and wanting to die and stall as I drove it, I took it to AutoZoneI. In ten minutes time they had found the issue, a knock sensor. Told me what it would do with a bad knock sensor, drive rough, die, stall, not start, basically everything that it was doing. When I brought it back the second time I would have figured they would have put it on a computer to find any issues. I was willing to pay, they should have tried to figure something out. The guy at AutoZone even took the time to YouTube the symptoms and show me where the knock sensor was at. Now I'm stuck in a bad situation, I have one tow left on my AAA, the holidays are rolling up and I'm stuck driving my mother-in-law's "junk" car to and from work. I can't use my last tow because my wife who is a home maker has to drive 2 kids back and forth to school. I don't want her to be out and get stuck somewhere and I'm out on the road for my job. So now I will have to pay to have it towed, pay for more parts and labor, and wonder if I wasted $200 have the crank case sensor replaced and if it was truly gone out. I brought my cars there many times over the years but I won't be bringing them back. When a customer brings a vehicle back and says it ain't running right then you should check it over again. It took all of 10 to 15 minutes for the guys at AutoZone to figure it out and match up the issues that my car was having to the part it was giving a code for. I don't know if the mechanics didn't want to do it cause the knock sensor is in a bad spot or if they truly didn't catch the issue. Either way if a customer says their car isn't running right take there work for it. Thanks, Jason D.

Not really satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. I got brand new tires and continuously had problem with one of the tires. Also, my vehicle shakes horribly when I press on the brakes now but didn't do that prior to these services. Thinking about going to another car service company to have my truck reviewed to see what needs to be done.

I had an appointment for 1:00. They did not take my car back until 1:45. I brought it I for a healthy car check, to get oil changed and tires rotated. They only rotated my driver side tires. If they would have rotated my passenger side tires they would have noticed a nail in the tire. The guy working the counter told me one of my tires was low and they put air in it. When I asked if every thing was okay with it, he informed me that since they rotated my tires if there was a problem, like a nail, they would have caught it. I guess that would be true if they would have actually rotated them.

Courteous employees and very knowledgeable

Was really disappointed with this visit. I have always had really good service before. I had asked for a new battery and an oil change and all fluids checked, I received an oil change and that was it. When I asked about the battery and fluids the cashier had to check, it was not done. Very disappointed.

I work near this location and drop off my vehicle for routine maintenance. The staff is always friendly and take great care of my vehicle as well as our fleet. They call when my vehicle is ready, and always call to explain issues and prices when necessary.

I will never be back to this loc. Bottom line.

The worst service I have ever had. Spoke to the rep on the phone to see if they could do everything I wanted done. I was given a price and told that they could do everything with no problem. After taking off work early and going over everything with them in person and after waiting for a half an hour they came back and told me they couldn't patch my tire. I told them to proceed with the other maintenance we discussed since I was already there. Another 15 minutes goes by and they come back and tell me that they cant change my fuel filters either. When asked why I'm told "because it's a diesel". Well I told them it was a diesel on the phone and that wasn't an issue then. So by this point I'm very frustrated and the only thing left to do is change my oil. I told them to just give me my key back my key and that I would never come back there again. Not only did i leave work early to get a service done that they told me they could do they were not even apologetic about it. I think that the "mechanic" and I use that term loosely was just lazy and didnt want to mess with my truck because of how big it is and that it's a diesel. I will spread the word to everyone I know of my experience here and I will never step foot back in this place as this is not my first bad experience. This is also the first time I have ever written a review/ complaint in my life.

The service was fast and friendly, there was no pressure to buy into anything else, and the studious nature of everybody there made it feel like a hospitable and "down home" atmosphere.

Very disappointed with the service, I've had my 2002 Jeep Liberty in there twice in the last three weeks chasing the same emission codes (only had her take it in because I was tired of chasing hoses between rainy and cold days) . They have replaced smog pump for a code P0445/P0442 Larger and small leaks..Seems to me that all the tech's are doing are throwing parts at it, without any real knowledge of what to do. Guess I'll end up doing a smoke test myself or just replace all the rubber lines and seals myself. Then look at the purge solenoid, evap canister and pressure switch...Wish my GF would have called me first about this crap diagnosis, because I would have told her to bring it home. Out $500 in parts and labor without a fix.

I came in for a basic oil change. I asked how long the wait is since I had to go to work. The lady said 45 minutes. I said okay and I waited. After an hour of people coming and going I asked if they forgot about me, she checked and said I was next. Again more people come and go so after 2 hours and 15 minutes I was livid and said I NEED to go to work where is my car?! There is no excuse for incompetency! I have been a customer at that location for 20 years and I won't be back!

I took my car there to just have the transmission drained and refilled. When I got my car back, I drove my car home and on the way home I smelled burning transmission fluid. When I got home and got out of my car it was smoking and there was drips of transmission on my driveway. I looked under my car and it was steadily dripping in my garage. I took my car back up there and left it there. I left a note explaining what was wrong with it. They fixed it and called me and stated that the plug they removed to drain the transmission did not seat good. My problem is the mechanic should have noticed that instead of giving someone their car back like that. I used to be a mechanic and I would have never done that. I was not happy at all.
