Came in to get a flat fix on my Big O tire that is under warranty was told about 45min. wait took them 3 1/2 hrs not happy with this and may never walk thought them doors again

I went in for a valve stem replacement for my passenger rear tire and for a flat repair on a older model car and when i left i was charged for both but after 20 minutes my rear tire went flat and when i noticed that whole wheel/tire was never touched. Upon returning and letting them know they didnt apologize they didnt offer me a refund on the tire they didnt fix and also asked if i had a lugnut key which they didnt ask the first time thats how i know my tire was never touched. And whata crazy is my gfs car was serviced here and had to be taken to the big o on preston hwy to get it fixed. Very unprofessional and did not like at all that i was charged and nobody checked to make sure the work was done.

Received a call after dropping my vehicle off for oil change and tire rotation that wires were showing through on my tires, and would I like to purchase new tires. I said not at this time, but requested the best two tires be put on the front of my van. When I got back to the store, they showed me the tires were down to the wear bars, and 0 or below on the tread gauge, but not showing any wires from the steel belts. Then I was told company policy prohibited them from placing my two best tires on the front as I had requested. They did not reset my oil change indicator, did not place a new due decal on the windshield, and lefty oily footprints on my carpet floor mats. This is not acceptable service.

Rachel and Stephanie were awesome, they communicated and kept me updated the whole time on my car! They were so friendly & the guys were working hard to stay on top of everything in a timely manor and with great quality! Will definitely be back!

You did everything I asked. There was no holdup on having the service done Only problem I experienced is that you maybe short handed in the ordering and collection for service done. You could use help in that department.

I brought my car in because the indicating light came on saying I needed a new alternator. I also took it to Autozone and they tested the alternator and said it was bad. You all said you tested it and that it was fine. The next day I was stranded out of town because my car wouldn't start because of the alternator. So I brought it back to you guys and got a new alternator. In the past, you all would call to say my car was ready and how much it cost and what all you did. I get no phone calls anymore. So when I picked my car up after the alternator was installed I start it only to find that the check engine light is on (it wasn't on when I dropped the car off.) So one of the girls (not Stephanie) just came out with the thing that reads codes and turned the check engine light off. The next time I started my car, the light was on again. So for the THIRD TIME I brought it back. You all check the codes, wrote down the codes, and said that the mechanic is going to have to research the codes because he doesn't know what they mean. I was told that I'd get a phone call. Needless to say, I've not received a phone call and my check engine light is still on. The place has gone straight downhill since Mark left. We have been customers for at least 15 years and have 5 cars that regularly get service and tires there. I think it's time for us to find another place.

I bought my tires a year ago and now they are dry rotted . They are telling me they have new computers and can't help me. I will not be coming back . I am beyond frustrated with not only myself for not having the receipt but for the lack of update in your system to keep records!

Mine an my husband car was fine until we came there now my car is shaking very bad , my tire gage light keeps coming on which they claim they fixed . His truck light were never on my I'll they touched now the check engine light is on and abs light they wouldn't change his spark plugs because they said it may break off but two weeks later they tell us another big o tire can fix it . I was suppose to have all fluids flushed an front end alignment done they did nothing beside give me two tires for 368.00 and change my oil all came to almost 500.00 for nothing

Bought my tires with Big O's a few months ago. I came in with a flat tire. They said oh you had a nail in your tire, you are ready to go. Didn't give me any service order. The very next day I have a flat again. I called and explained the situation and the man who answered said well you can bring it back in and we will take the tire off and check it completely. Doesn't help me much, since I'm on my way out of town. Had to get a rental. Thanks for nothing.

They are very friendly and helpful. They treat everyone respectfully and explain options and pricing clearly. Quick to communicate what needed to be done. Quick to work us into their day in order to get our brakes done in just a few hours. Even gave advice about how to 'break-in' our new brakes/rotors afterwards. We've always had good service and a good experience every time we've had work done at this location.

Mr. Powers, thank you for sending the survey. I have been a customer at Big-O Tires for a while, buying tires, getting oil changes, etc. I was in your service department Monday of this week. I have been having problems with a tire losing air for the past month and I would come in at least twice a week to get air in the front passenger side tire. I bought 2 new tires in February 2017 and another in April 2017. 40,000 miles driving time. I have not put 40000 miles on my car since February 2017. I was told that I now again needed four new tires, the tire losing air would not be replaced. I do not understand why I need four new tires again in just one year when I had not put 40,000 miles on my car in that year. I am retired, so I do not drive a lot anymore. Been retired since the last year 2017. I was ignored and not treated well by your two young ladies behind the front counter. I should have been offered one tire replacement at least. I also did not know, that if you buy tires there you must come back and have them rotated. I had the tread checked at my dealership and I do not need four new tires, so I bought one to replace the one that was leaking air. I am sorry, I feel that I have been taken advantage of, was not treated fairly so I will never be back again to your store. Yvonne Hemlick
