Big O Tires

I have been going to my local Big-O since i first stared to drive. I recommend it to everyone in my area of town. However on Monday the 6th of August i took my wife's car in for an oil change. A few hours later as she drove her car to her dealership to have a recall notice looked at her oil light came on. She asked the dealership to check it out for her. Turns out whoever put the oil filter on her car at Big-O forced it on and cracked the oil filter housing. It was leaking oil. The housing had to be replaced and a new filter and 5 quarts of oil put in. The only reason I'm not enraged is the parts and labor will still under warranty. I've never had issues with this particular Big-O, but i am seriously considering taking my future business elsewhere.

Great people and service. Diagnosis the problem and replaced the part and out the door in an hour.

I was told the wait would be less than an hour and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone including the service tech was friendly and professional
