Our near by Big O has become my go to place and that says all that needs to be said. The service is thorough and quick in a pleasantly friendly atmosphere

Friendly service. Got me right in serviced my truck in 20 minutes and I was out of there . Great job!!!

They were very caring and professional. Told us that we would eventually need tires but didn't force the sale for immediate need like other places. The service was great and properly torqued the wheels which you don't see being done very much. They treat you like family at this location. I will be coming back to this location due to it being closer than the Old Shep location. Thanks again for the friendly service.

I walked in without an appointment, but still received timely professional care to my vehicle. Above that, was the friendly and professional attitude displayed to me and other patrons, I noticed during my visit, from your team at the counter. The only negative issue I have is not with my visit, it is this survey. It only allowed me to give up to a five.

They saved me money and fixed a tire that another service, told me was unfixable. They are fast and friendly. Big O tires made did such a good job that they made the other place look bad.

I went to Big O to see about some tires. I met Rachael, the counter person who gave me a tour of the type of tires I was looking for and in the process found a discount on the brand I chose. She told me about the tires I selected and explained that they were mud and snow rated. I usually try to buy tires in the fall, but I liked the appearance of these tires for my truck so well, I just went ahead and made the purchase. The folks at the Big O Valley Station, Ky. have become like family. They even offered to share a lunch they were cooking in the crock pot! Great Folks! Thanks Doug, George, Adam, and the rest of the crew! Very professional!

I stopped in with a flat tire. They were very courteous and repaired the tire right away.

Great every time I've walked in. My only complaint is that the team should have more of a understanding of used tire prices. And understand that the customer asked for a set size for a reason( normally be that's what on the vehicle) and not recommending a different size because that's what they have. But a great team and understanding that I knew what I was looking for and helpfully in find said size.
