Big O Tires

I have coming to this location for 47 years. When I walk in people there know my name and make me feel welcome.

I’ve been a Big-O customer since the 1970s. Been away for a while. The staff was so nice and efficient to plug my tire and get us safely back on the road to Nashville. I’ll drive the 3 hours next time I need new tires! Just the best!

all went well like my new tires I am waiting on 100 refund on debit card it shows 500 taken out and 100 was suppose to credited right back because forgot instant rebate on tires ?

Just awesome. I drive past 9 other tired stores to get to them.

Very nice people to work with

Rachel and the whole crew have always been great. I have been going to this Big O for years. In 2022 I lost my husband ever since then this crew has went out of its way to be helpful. Any time I have questions they are available. They make sure my car is at its best. They have even offered me rides to where I need to go while they have my vehicle. I cannot say enough about Rachel, Jordon and the crew. They are the best!

They have always been so welcoming and told me exactly what I needed and didn’t need! They got my problem fixed quickly!

The reason I gave a 3 on cleanliness is because I am highly allergic to cats.. Since you have a cat, the litter box, and food and water bowls all right there in front by door I can't sit in waiting area I have to stay outside. I however used to have cats and we do have a dog and love animals so I understand.

Good people good service

When in with a few problems, all the problems were taking care of got it dropped off and picked up. Everybody took great care of me. My technician, Adam did a fabulous job. The staff at the counter were prompt and courteous. Would Harley recommend the store to other people?
