I only take my vehicle to Big O on Cane Run for service. The staff is wonderful.

Fast, fair, friendly, professional, and efficient service. Unlike many tire stores that are popping up everywhere, the Big O staff at Cane Run location have tons of knowledge and experience in the car and tire business. They were great at helping me find the right tire on my most recent visit.

The friendliest staff I have encountered at any car repair shop. They keep you informed about any issues that come up regarding the repairs.

Great place

Thanks to Jeff - brought car in for oil change, 5000 mile check up and leak somewhere (pink and thin liquid). Oil change and check done but couldn't find leak. Jeff took car back and looked again, found crack in coolant and fixed. Thanks for the team and patiences listening to a woman's description of the problem. Then finding and fixing.
