I haven't had any problems thus far considering it has only been a few days since the service. However, I come to this location because the men are thorough in their assessment of any issue I had brought to them.

I told a coworker I was in there on Friday 10/11 to purchase 4 tires for my1982 Chevy Silverado tires ,mounted and balanced only for my restoring project and what a great deal it was, he came in on Saturday and got 4 tires, 4 wheel alignment and a oil change on his Chevy silverado.

I have never had a bad experience here. I am a female but they never talk down to me and their explanations are always easy to understand

I was told an incorrect price when I called but Scott Walker took the time to explain the error and tried to find me the best option close to what was quoted. He and all the associates were super friendly.

Seemed to be a lot more cars in lot than customers. That could cause people not to stop.

I had a donut spare on my vehicle. The Tire replacement went well. What was really great is that the service team put my spare tire back into the correct place in my trunk and closed the container that held the jack, which I couldn't even get to close. I appreciated that.

Have been a customer with this company for over 25 years with both my company vehicles as well as my family cars. They have always been someone I could count on. Would never think of going anywhere else.

They clearly communicated expectations of what the problem was, what they could do about it, how much it would cost, and how much it would cost. They also helped proactively years ago by offering the warranty which helped me save during this visit.

The associates were extremely polite. The representative I dealt with was able to get me in the same day, even though my appointment was for the next day. Got me in less than a hour before closing time. This impressed me greatly!!
