The new manager Tyson is great. This location is right around the corner from my house, I have been here 8 times since feb for various reasons and have gotten to deal with Tyson the last two. He is very helpful with scheduling the maintenance on my car an helping me figure out what i need to fix and when. Although I recognize all the office employees from all my visits Tyson is the first one to remember me by face, he really makes me feel welcome. Thanks!

My service person was Scott Walker and he was energetic and thoroughly explained the cost and process to me from start to finish. I left my vehicle and he called me to keep me up on the progress of my service just as he said he would. Also, the time he told me it would take was truthful. Also, Brian Walker, who checked me out was equally friendly and informative.

I have to say I am extremely pleased with the customer service at this particular location! First I called and spoke with Tyson who was extremely helpful over the phone. He encouraged me to come in for a quote and that's when I met Joe. Awesome crew! They gave me options, respectful of my concern about budget but also encouraged me to consider an option that would be financially beneficial in the long term as well. Although I woke up to a flat the following morning, because of there sincere concern and demeanor, I wasn't too bothered. Hey, sh&t happens :-) They jumped on it immediately and were extremely apologetic! Awesome job you guys! Thanks for making this experience as stress-free as possible!
