Big O Tires

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I had a situation come up and had to leave Jason was very helpful. I live by another big o and have to problem driving out to this one because of the service.

I have done business with BIG O Tires and they've always given me a good 👍 🙂 service.

They got me in and out quick, and always takes care of me regardless of the atmosphere.

This was not the first time that I was at Big o, I was always satisfied, if not I would go somewhere else to get service on my car.

There was A guy was smoking in one of the bay areas . Complete danger hazard to himself and customers .

Jeff was very helpful. He fully explained the difference between the tire models I was interested in. The service was even faster than expected.

I wrote a bad review out of frustration today bc I had just got services done and two days later some lights came on. After I wrote the review the owner personally reached out to me and another supervisor from the store called . I was explained what was going on with my car and what could possibly happened. I do not know to how to update my last post and I hope it was deleted. I appreciate Tyson and the other supervisor calling me regarding my concerns. They called the same day and that is very impressive. Tyson made me feel at ease and was very down the earth. I apologize for the previous bad review out of frustration. Sometimes as a women we feel get taken of advantage , and I thought this Big O location lost that I integrity BUT they have not. Thank you guys sooo much for caring enough to reach out. You guys rock and again I am sorry for the bad review . That is normally not my style .
