Real nice clean place

I have been going to Big O on Crums Ln for years. Always feel like they did their best to help me with whatever I need.

I alway get great service. I would recommend Big O to anyone that need tires and other services.

They got me right in took care of everything I asked for and more I had a great experience I was attended to right away. It was great I think you all

My service representative was very attentive! He listen to my concerns and then suggested to me the best route to take for the care of my vehicle. I inquired of my options of payment and he explained the Big O Payment Plan was still available to me. I love the professional service you receive.

I know my car is well taken care of when I bring it in. The staff is friendly and caring. I feel safe driving home after every visit.

I purchased a used vehicle via Facebook and brought it in for an inspection. I told them the situation and without any hesitation the staff immediately began inspections the vehicle while it was parked in the lot. They congratulated me and told me I'm family and they look after family to ensure nothing happens. That statement meant ALOT to me hearing that and is a key reason why I give patronage to this Big O'.

They took care of what was needed done.

All of the staff and mechanics are super nice If they find a problem with anything they come right to you and explain what they find My fog light was unplugged and he told me They could have just said that they fixed it and charged me but they did not I like BigO

I am a 40 year + customer. This big o has always treated me fairly & given good service. I have recommended big o to several friends & relatives & they are all now loyal customers too. I would not take my cars anywhere else for tire, suspension, brake, or other work. I have 4 vehicles right now & I believe I have purchased at least 9 or 10 sets of tires from you in 40 years.

Everyone was nice and professional about doing there job just had a good experience

Several weeks back I had wrote a bad review for service I had received at this store. Tyson called and we discussed the problem. I told him I would give them another chance. Since I had got my taxes back I decided to go ahead and get new tires and Tyson gave me a recommendation and put 4 new tires on. I have drove my truck for over a week and I am very satisfied with the tires and the service I received. Thank you Tyson and the other employees at this Big O store. Stanley Mercer
