the work on my car was done in a timely manner andwell done.

Every employee was very professional while had my vehicle service. One area that could be fixed is the women bathroom could use fresh paint along with someone dusting of the artificial plants in there. Covered with a thick layer of dust.

as always my experience was a good one. there is no need for improvement for there is nothing to improve on. service as always was excellent and staff as always not only experienced and knowledgeable but friendly as well. unfortunately there will be a need for me to go back for my car is 20 yrs old but i know the staff will make my visit a good one.

They got me in and out and was straight to the point and what it was going to take to get my truck fixed and they were super friendly about it and got it done within 24 hours

Jeff Sermersheim was very friendly he listen to what I had to say he suggested a few things they got the job done very satisfied with it I didn’t try to Tell me I needed this or that like some mechanics do I was very very satisfied with all of the staff and the quality of work that they did will be going there anytime I have any problems with my vehicle and will recommend they go to all my friends and family

The agent that waited on me was very nice and explained to me the process before work was being done. The price was given to me and discussed in a way that it was easy to understand. Joe got back with me before work was completed to discuss what was found with my car and the price it would be to get work done.

The Big O Tires team of servicemen are very polite and knowledgeable. There are times when I desire to have service done at a moments notice, and they are receptive to my needs/desires with a positive approach to solving my service request. I have already sent friends to this location who have had the similar experience. Not that this matters, but the parking lot around this location is always full which speaks volumes to the aggressive positive business model they practice!
