Joe was great as usual, I always go to big o for my tires because of the warranty, I just got an alignment and they are great people will be going back for my oil change in two months from now. I’d scheduled an appointment. And they started servicing my vehicle almost as soon as I got there. Also the service reps were very courteous and informative about the work needed and being done to my vehicle

I thought I needed new tires and the staff member explained the existing condition of my tires and told I didn't need them on this date of service. Additionally I was told they will be having a great deal on tires in August. I was very happy and appreciative for the honesty of your staff person! I have stopped doing business with another repair shop because they were not honest, so the service and treatment I received on this visit left be very pleased! I keep coming to Big O Tires and this specific location because I trust the staff.

Everybody was very nice--on the phone, in person. They promised me it would cost me about $28, and even though they encountered a problem with my wheel that probably cost them more than the $28, they didn't charge me more.

They took good care of my family and myself.

I was not sure what the problem was with my car. They were busy as they always are. I was expecting to wait because it was a Monday morning. They got to my car pretty quickly, saw the problem, relayed it to me, and repaired it quickly. I think I was there for less than 2 hours. To me this was outstanding.

These guys do excellent work. Always satisfied with their work. Friendly, trustworthy, professional and accommodating service. They are usually always busy with work and figure out someway to work me in.

I'm 39yrs old and I have been going to this store since I was 16yrs old. The quality of service at thus store is by far the best in the city of Louisville. The staff always knows what's going on with your vehicle and if they don't, they do not hesitate to you d out for you. Thanks Brent to you and your Team for taking care of my Vehicles and my family's vehicles over the years.

No matter the time, day, or year the gentlemen there are always respectful, professional, and personable. Everything is thoroughly explained, discounts are given without asking, quality and warranty is always given even if a license plate bulb is out. In feel safe transporting my son's in my vehicle. If an apology is warranted, it just flows from their mouths, it's not forced. I appreciate the fine job they do and being on the streets with other like minded people that entrust B.O. to do service and tire work needed. Please keep being an example for others to follow. If I go to Ken Towery it's because B.O. closed their doors forever. Thank you and make sure to let them know my family and I appreciate their expertise!
