I've been buying tires there since I've moved back to Kentucky. They always have the best tire prices, I do shop around. I start out getting a quote from them call another few tire stores but always end up going where I started.

I arrived at Big O Tires about 10 minutes before they opened the doors. It was a rainy and chilly day. There were a few people waiting outside when I got there. Then more and more people showed up, I thought to myself I will be at Big O Tires all day long. But to my surprise people got waited on very quickly and served very quickly. Before I knew it my car was driven in to be serviced. The atmosphere was sooooo friendly and awesome with customers and staff. Should my experience always be as it was that day friendly and awesome. I was impressed.

I've grown to trust the team at this Big O and know when they suggest additional services I might need, it's because I truly need them. Friendly and fast service

Always a pleasure to come in and see the honest and hard work I see going on. Sometimes I see a bit of what i consider a high quote, but for someone that can't do the work themselves you can't put a price on safety and security for their families and loved ones that you guys/gals provide. I see the difference in you alls shop being a place you can feel at home and welcome vs. Others where you just feel like number whatever and they dont care about someone's needs or finances. Numerous times I've seen Techs help honestly point out the correct priorities and what can possibly wait till later. That matters to people alot, thanks so much for helping me and all of our community out keep up the great work and blessings you provide.

Friendly, efficient, took care of problem: forgot to put spare tire back in car..came two days later apologize with a smile for not putting back
