My wife and I have always taken our vehicles to Brent. He is a very friendly and caring person for a customer to come in contact with for all you car needs.

Joe at check-in was very friendly and knowledgeable. He thanked me for choosing Big O and made the process very easy. Car was done in 2 hours which was much quicker than anticipated. Upon pick-up, Joe told me that the car was great, brakes and all. He thanked me again for choosing Big O. Overall very professional, excellent service.

You all at Big O Tires are awesome! I was greeted as soon as I entered the store at 8 a.m. sharp! I wanted to get some AC installed rather than all the parts that were required to get my front end repaired and Joe was like, "I want you to be safe rather than comfortable." And I really appreciated that because it showed that he cared and didn't just want my business. The store is always clean! Way to go guys and gal! My car got done the same day and that made me so happy! The salesman told me that he could not make any promises that it would be done same-day and I appreciated that; however the mechanics were on their job and made it happen. Walked in given a price for the exact tires and alignment I needed, the vehicle was in the less than 10 minutes later, tires on, then to alignment, off that rack in under 20 minutes with documentation that I didn’t need an alignment. Paid up and out the door in about an hour. Can’t to that at kroger

My experience has not just been one; but several as I have needed the professional services of "Big O Tire" company. Beyond the great service and knowledge that have received on each visit, what I have noticed and is unlike other business that frequent, is that I see something "New" that the ownership has invested in to offer even greater consumer service to their customers. Lastly and most recently, I my self along with my wife highly recommend a very close friend to highly consider "Big O Tire" company for tires for her Mercedes. She did and in her response of the visit; she said the owner, Mr. Brent Blevins was simply "Awesome" in satisfying her needs. With that type of encounter, I will continue to make "Big O Tire" my first recommendation to friends and family and I see no reason to ever shop any where else!

I have been going to Big O Tires for some years now and I mean years never had a problem myself at all the friendliness I have talked to the owner on numerous occasions he was very friendly so it's like a family member when I see him I am greeted by name most of the time so I am well pleased with Big O Tires.

I took my vehicle in for tire rotation/ balance and an oil change. After a couple hours an associate called and said they had noticed a few other things. I asked about price and time frame to complete it and had them to go ahead and do the work. We are going on a road trip and will run up 2,000 or 3,000 miles so we will see how well everything goes.

The Manager Tyson went above and beyond to fix my tire. I had a nail in my tire and I pulled up in the store lot after business hours. He was leaving the lot and stopped to help me. My car was not driveable and he allowed me to leave my car in the store parking lot overnight. He was even kind enough to give my son and I a ride home. My flat tire was fixed the next morning when the store opened.

Everything was explained before the work was done, work was done in a timely manner, and preventive suggestions were made and prioritized so that I can make an informed decision on what to do next
