I didn't have an appointment. A front tire went low/flat the night before and I just showed up unannounced that early morning to get in line for service. There were 8 people ahead of me in line which I viewed as "this place is popular". Once it was my turn, I told the agent what I needed done in a timely manner. He assured me that it was doable and IT WAS!!! I was very happy with my experience. The service team was very busy! I would recommend this location and have done so already!

Had an oil leak on my car and they gave me an estimate, a ride home while the work was being done, and came to pick me up when the work was finished. Will always use BIG O...They have Customer Service 100 %.

I purchased new tires on 7/29/21 and they are under warranty. I woke up to a flat tire on 10/13 and My spare was also flat. I had to have it towed in to the shop.

A positive experience from phone call till job done. The staff at the Cane Run Store went above and beyond expectations answering questions about possible problems unrelated to the tire job being done.

Able to come right in and get service.

I am a repeat customer. I do majority of business with Scottsburg, IN Big O but have used Cane Run as well. I had noticed a headlamp out on my 2014 Taurus. I looked up on YouTube how to replace but I am a finance exec and now is my busy time of year with budgets. I stopped in to ask if Big O would help me replace the headlamp. Joe said no problem as you are a great customer and we will take care of it. I normally do minor work myself but I asked if he had the replacement blades for my car for windshield as well. He did and replaced for me and didn't charge me for the replacement of the headlamp. I was having a crappy day, I was bugged about my light being out and it was raining and I couldn't see with the wipers I currently had. Joe's customer service and attitude was incredible. As I drove off the lot I was thinking to myself that I would personally tell everyone at my office what happened and ask they give Big O an opportunity next time they need tires.
