I have been going there for about 20 years and they have always been very helpful and the service is always excellent.

I was in emergency situation. Alternator was going out. Needed a new serpentine belt, alternator and a brake light out. Got me fixed & on the road ASAP. Great job!!

when i left my home i wasn't expecting to have my brakes worked on. i hadn't had anything to eat and it was mid afternoon. when i made this known, the manage took me two doors down (I have arthritis and cannot walk a long distance) to get something to eat!! i have never had a bad experience there and have recommended this particular Big O Tires to several of my friends, especially women, because they always do good work and can be trusted.

I had a great experience, Saturday was pouring with rain, my driver side wind shield wiper arm broke. I went to three other places trying to get it fixed, kept getting we're booked today you can come back Monday. Big said bring it and we will.see what we can do. They did a great iob.

I was there less than a week ago. The service was excellent, from the employees behind the counter to the mechanic that came out and talked to me regarding my vehicle.

I felt like everything was look at thoroughly, was recommended that we replace lower ball joints, which we did, and now we feel like we have a very safe vehicle!
