Being a woman, I hate taking car for service. I'm afraid I will be charged for services I don't need. The technician made me feel completely at ease. He was great, and I will for sure keep coming back.

I have been a customer of this Big O for more than 20 years aa a private customer and as a business owner for my floral shop. Have always been satisfied with the service and the staff. My Mother at the age of 85 used to drive from La Grange to this particular Big O because of the service she received. All three of my children have their cars serviced there because of the friendliness and customer service. I never hesitate to recommend the Big O on Cane Run Rd, Louisville Ky

They didn't have my tires in the store but they got them in within the hour and I came back and they had them ready to put on. Everyone was nice and friendly

My service was straight and to the point. Prompt. Good. I've been going to this Big O since I was a teenager. It's nice to still be able to go!

I called that morning I told me they can get me in then get me in do all my work that I need to be done to my truck and have it done by the end of that day which it was done way before the end of that day that day and that's even with me calling and changing some things back-and-forth so thank you big O tires at cane run road in Louisville Kentucky

Representatives were very courteous from the minute I walked in the door. I called ahead and they were waiting for me when I got there. It was like they already knew who I was. Someone greeted me in the parking lot, and said that they were already for me. While waiting, another representative engaged with my son and gave him Jolly Ranchers. That made the wait time less stressful for me. The only issue I had was no diaper changing station in the bathroom.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Everything was explained to me in detail with price and how long it takes. It actually took less time than they said. This was my 2nd visit there an I will remain a customer. Thank everyone there
