Big O Tires

Everything was awesome. I arrived @ 1 on a Saturday because my AC wasn't cooling properly, long story short they flushed & recharged the sytem on my CRV then discovered the relay was going bad & ordered the part for my vehicle. My vehicle wasn't finished until after closing. They never got upset, it was business as usual. I think I was more stressed about them getting out on time than they were. Top notch folks! That's why I keep coming back.

I took my vehicle in for a tire repair. The Tech discovered that I need bumper and lower ball joints, and a rocker arm. I felt like he took the extra time to take a look a the wheel, and valued the safety of the Customer!

I have been a Big O customer for several years and I have sent many people to Big O- we have all been pleased, thank you.

Great place. I recently got a new job that required me to work at the very same hours that my old mechanic was opened. Big O has good rates and good hours!

Brent Blevins, Tyson Straub, and the rest of the team saved our lives! I went in to check on my tires because it felt like one of them was about to fall off. Turns out my tires were about to blow and my alignment and ball joints were about to snap! Also, my brakes were rubbing together! I got my car back yesterday and Thank God!! I had been trying to figure out how to get a new car but thanks to the team at Big O Tires, I don't need one! Hallelujah!! Tyson was such a concerned gentleman that he made sure that Brent gave me a ride home, a hen I came in with the problems!! That's not the end of it though!! I came in there without the funds to get that type of work fixed, but thanks to their financing company, I got what I needed with what I could afford!! This team at Big O Tires is friendly, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are safe!! God Bless Y'all, Big O Tires team!

I requested an appointment at 11pm the night before and they were able to get me in the next morning at 10am. And they had my tires in stock, where most places aren’t able to accommodate me.

Our company truck had a blow out. We had it towed to Big O. They got me 4 tires mounted and balanced and we were able to the truck back late that day to complete our delivery schedule. That's good service. Thank you to the crew at Big O on Cane Run in Louisville.

Big O is the best! A tad bit pricey but all in all they are very reliable..dependable&very knowledgeable about their services. I appreciate the guys &gals over at BigO they always willing to go the extra mile to make your customer service experience satisfying&unique!!

Tire was damaged they advised me what I should do.

Took sometime to get to me, because of a car in front of me had problems with doing there front end aliment. But once my car got in , it was done in no time. car is riding a lot smoother. Will be bringing my wife's car in, in a few days for a front end aliment and oil change as well. Thanks

I only use the BIG O on Cane Run, Louisville, KY. They are awesome. Personnel are friendly, timely in repairs. They are not "out to make a buck", they recommend repairs that are immediately needed, but also recommends ones that may need attention in the near future. That is why I continue to come back to this service center.

Good visit

Shipment of my parts were easy and convient. Car was non drivable when i dropped it off at the location. Drove beautifully when i left the location. Tyson and his team took great care of me. I have an 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe and they have been taking car of it for the past 3 years. Still drives great.
