Big O Tires

Family has trusted Big O for years. I remember waiting with my dad in the '70's. Had vehicle worked on at end of June and beginning of July 2017. EXCELLENT customer service. I had to wait a few days due to parts coming in. Was kept well informed. Very courteous! Had vehicle worked on Feb. 19. Diagnosed issue quickly and was able to get my vehicle back before store closed that day. Thank YOU for ALWAYS being kind, courteous and respectful in a sometimes stressful & worrisome situation for the client! Will continue to be a customer!!

Because everytime I go there to get my car worked on they don't try to get me to do other unnecessary repairs that I don't need.

i was not sure what was wrong. I did know i had an oil leak. I dropped my car off but didn't have a ride home. Tyson, the manager, brought me home and offered to pick me up after my car was fixed. I have had a knee replacement and am unsteady on my feet. Tyson waited to make sure I safely got in the door. Brian, the mechanic who worked on my car, called me and explained what was wrong with my car, answered all my questions, and told me how much the repair would cost. He even told me that my tires were in bad shape (which I already knew) and suggested that I get new ones, which I did. I have been to this particular Big O tires establishment several times and I have never had a bad experience. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and very courteous. I will never take my care anywhere else!!

I took my car in to get my brakes inspected, thinking I would need some soon. They were very fast and honest. He told me I had another 20,000 miles and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He did recommend tires soon and I will be getting those at Big O. Love BO we've been going to them for years all over the city.

Every time I go, they were courtesy, professional and complete in explaining what is being performed and the prices.. Great management 👏

Just went in for a routine rotate and re-balance that was due. And as usual got the same fast,friendly,knowledgeable,and courteous service that I always get. Over the years I've bought several sets of tires from various Big O tires locations in the Louisville area and have always received good quality service. I'll keep going back.

Excellent. Addressed the low tire pressure issue and removed a screw stuck in the tire but no puncture. Cost me nothing! That's quality service and will keep me coming back.

Well The Knowledge of the sale person was wonderful. Plus they made sure that everyone was following the covert guide lines. The Place was clean even the Bathroom. For what I got done I was in and out of there. The price was good too

They took the time to evaluate my issue and not just rush to a verdict like other tire company’s had done. I watch the service tech check every process until he reach a conclusion. And the job was completed and I’m over joyed with his work.
