Showed up needing 4 tires and the place was packed with customers and in 1 hour I was heading down the road totally satisfied.

The staff are usually the same people from the previous time. They are always knowledgeable and take care of our vehicles.

My recent visit was for tire alignment, but the guy referred that I just have my tires rotated because that could be the issue. But when I left the shop my steering was more off than usual. For example, I now have to turn my steering wheel to the left to keep straight. But the man at the front is always so nice to me. I'm going back today to go ahead and get my alignment fixed! Hopefully I could get approved for a credit card with Big O! This is the only one I go to for oil changes & tires. I love these guys!

I recently bought 2 new tires, got an alignment and an oil change. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. One thing that I really like is that they mention other areas of concern, such as, needing front brakes soon. They assisted me with setting up a payment plan. I will continue to purchase my tires and oil changes from Big O. Thanks.
