Big O Tires

The reason I'm giving you guys a (2) for Quality of service is due to your technician NOT telling me my car would not start (which I find odd and dont believe) and then jumping my battery without telling me there was an issue and I get in my 2017 accord and every dash warning light is on and he just walks away. Any other time I would give you guys 5's across the board but not this trip. I then had to go over the Honda Dealer and had them test my battery (no problem) and my warning lights reset. I will continue to go there due the Joe and the others at the customer service desk. But I do not want my the techs in the garage leaving my car on or messing with anything other then the tires I have purchased. Thanks I am not trying to be harsh but I felt the tech was being shady about this.

The staff at Big O tires Can Run Road is very, very, and friendly personal and always willing to help. This location has got to be the cleanest for all public businesses in the State of Kentucky! If someone tells me they are having a problem with their vehicle, and cannot figure what is going on, I tell them to take to Big O, on Cane Run. The Team there I trust with what they recommend!

It was only about 90 minutes from closing time. I called and asked if they could put on a serpentine belt on before they closed. They got it on in about 30 minutes after I arrived.
