Big O Tires

Thanks for doing my 45,000 mile check up and toppings off the fluids. Rotating the tires and checking the brakes. The service was done swiftly and to my amazement it was free. What???? Thanks, I'll be bring my Toyota back for oil change and 50,000 mile check up. Thanks again, Elaine

I am very happy with the service I received. The gentleman who helped me pick out my tires and then installed them was respectful and helpful. The service manager was also very helpful and courteous. Thank you for everything!

I came in because of a free oil change that was donated to my church, but ill be back! The service was excellent. No one tried to sell me things I didn't need. That impressed me. I was given honest advice when I asked. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and honesty.

Everybody at big o truly cares about their customers

Tyson is a rock star and is the main reason I shifted from Ken Towery to Big O. His staff is always professional and he doesn't try to sell me something I don't need. Hard to find people in his line of work like that these days. I appreciate that and will continue to send my business his way.

I went in when they opened, I was second to the last in a line of 11 ppl. They projected an hour to 1 1/2 hours to get a balance and rotate but 35 minutes after I dropped it off, it was finished.

I like going to this location because the service is great and the people are friendly.

These folks are really great at what they do and super friendly. There's a reason that this store is always super busy. We take both of our cars and will continue to do so.

I have been here twice now and both times the shop and the customer service areas are busy with friendly knowledgeable staff who "don't play around". They have gotten my vehicle in and out with fast professional service. As a Maintenance Supervisor, I look at their shop and and see a well organized operation going on with mechanics who know what they are doing. I Definitely will be back.
