I was highly satisfied by the honesty I received from the associates. They were very quick to assist me in my time of need and they were honest in how they approached my tire change.

In addition to excellent service and the offer of a free tire rotation, I am pleased to report that the restroom was very clean and handicap friendly. The state of the restroom is important and they are aware of that in this location. I will definitely return to their facility the next time I need service.

The salesman, Jeff Sermersheim, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure my tires were there and that my car was brought in quickly. He oversaw the process. He explained everything to me and made sue I was happy with the experience. The techs who worked on my car were first-rate and performed their job flawlessly. I cannot recommend Jeff enough or this store! Thanks guys!! Five Stars.
