These guys saved my day! I noticed a flat tire at 5:30 and didn't have a spare. Their store closes at 6 so I wasn't very hopeful of getting it taken care of that day, and I needed to be at work early the next morning. I called and they told me to bring it right in. They sold me a new tire and put it on the rim in no time. Thanks so much to everyone on this team!

The staff at this location is extremely professional and always awesome to deal with. They are friendly knowledgeable and make the service experience easy. They always do quality work and explain very clearly what they are going to do,the parts used and my cost options. This is the only place I take my car for service! #1 in book!

I had my son’s car towed to BOT on a Sunday and called to make arrangements Monday morning. Everyone was very accommodating and got the car back on the road the same day. Btw...... I live in Michigan and handled everything over the phone!
