Big O is the best . Always nice and kind. Never have to wait long at all.

They are always very nice and understanding. They also explain before during and after they start on your car. And they are willing to answer any questions I may have.

The shop on cain run road in louisville is awesome bunch.

These folks are great! Fast and professional.

I interacted with two members of the sales staff and two members of the technicians crew. All four were friendly, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable,, attentive, conscientious and professional. My flat tire was replaced and I was on my way in just over one hour. I have absolutely nothing to grumble about. I went away happy. It's all good!! :)

I have been coming to this location for a while and are pleased with the service. This location has very good service.

We came two days in a row, both for oil/filter change. We dropped one off on first day, came back later and picked it up. I received the Veterans discount and paid. Joe was our salesperson, very nice and helpful. Altho, It was busy and we found no place to park, a young man came out to help my wife by taking the keys and parking the car. Next day, it was not so busy but still I left the car with them and returned to get it later. We had some other places to go. That was very helpful since my wife works during the day and had limited amount of time to devote to getting our cars serviced. They checked air in tires and rotated them. I have been well pleased with not only the great service but the friendly attitude of the staff! I rate this business a big A+! We will continue to do our business with them! Thank you very much!
