Big O Tires

I was given a ride home when you said that you had to keep the car and I thank you for doing that "personal touch" which goes a long way in a customer- business relationship.

Big O is the only place I have work done. They provided excellent service in a timely fashion. They explained and even showed me my problem.

Got my tire fixed in less then an hour and they were busy. Pepboys who i bought my tires from said i couldnt get my tire fixed for four days. I will be considering Big-O for my tires next time around.

Everyone was very nice and it was very fast service.

I was able to drop off my vehicle when they opened, explained what I was there for. In two hours, Jeff called to say my vehicle is ready. Joe, Jeff, Lindsey, are all very nice and thorough.
