I went to get a alignment and oil change and ended up been told I had 800.00 worth of work needed to be done.No alignment done but an oil change.My husband took my car to Ken Towery and none of that work was needed to be done that I was told by you all.

I had an appointment in the middle of covid19 at 11 am I had anticipated 2 or more hours wait but to my surprise I had 4 new tire installed and back home in an hour.Freaking amazing this was my first time doing business here and will not be my last. the customer service was great he took time to explain to me why the tire i had chosen was not a great fit for my car and show me what was better. The most important for me is he didnt treat me like a dumb woman and I didnt get the feel he was trying to make a sale on higher tires .

I arrived shortly before the store opened, with what turned out to be a leaky tire that had picked up a nail. The service I received was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. The two professionals I interacted with were Joe Wright and Tim Hancock. They took care of my problem quickly and efficiently, and had me happily on my way well before 9:00a.m. What more could I ask for? Please recognize their expertise in any way you can. Considering the pandemic conditions we are in, I was very pleased with my experience at Big O. The good people that work there are great to do business with.
