I was acknowledged as once as I entered the store. The staff was polite. my car was serviced promptly.

These guys are very professional and there employees do great work in a efficient manner. I will take mt vehicle Their exclusively. They explain every you need and the cost. No pressure I love Big O on Cane Run Rd!!

I stopped in because I thought my back passenger tire had a leak. The employee behind the desk was quick to ease my concerns and took my car in right away. There was a hole in the tire that was quickly repaired and the cost was extremely affordable. Great experience overall!

I came initially just to put some air in my tires in one car, while I was dealing with a dead battery in another (bad car day). They helped me promptly and cheerfully with that - free service. Who doesn’t love that? But then they went above and beyond to help me with my battery problem with my other car - actually helping me to jump it to be able to bring it into the Big O store. I was blown away by that kind of willingness to help a customer!

Nice people comfortable and good coffee and clean place

The service was very good. The problem with the accelerator was solved quickly, and the thermostat just needed some water added.

Had a screw sticking out of the side of my tire my road warranty covered getting a replacement tire with the only charge was for labor which was fine
