Big O Tires

I have been going to my Big O for many years. As a single woman, I have complete trust in them. Always fix my car, rate safety issues if too many to fix all at once. Thank you for continued stellar service . PS - Great coffee & clean restrooms.

My husband's tire had a nail in it and I didn't want to pay a ridiculous amount to have it patched. I was able to bring it to Big O and within an hour I was driving out of there with the tire patched and it was a great price. The staff there has always been friendly and professional and it's greatly appreciated.

I've been coming to this dealership for a long time and the service only gets better. I would gladly recommend this particular repair/maintenance shop to anyone looking for quality dependable service.

Tyson Straub and Tim Hancock stayed after hours so I could get tires I deperately needed. Tyson helped me with the financing app and Tim was courteous and answered a couple questions for me. Both guys helped me Aug 6, 2018. I appreciate the courtesy and will definitely go back to future work.

I chose this location for the convenience. I set up my apt online. After arriving I was greeted in a friendly and timely manner. I advised the reason for my visit and the associate provided me with an estimated wait time. When the services were complete I received a call and was able to check out in a timely manner. Will definitely return!

They took me in even without a appointment and completed the job in less time than they quoted me. They were extremely thorough and found issues that the mechanic I just received my vehicle from did not catch. This location is 20 minutes away and I look forward to driving to this location in the future.
